The Brave Will Foundation is a non-for-profit charitable organization that focuses on children with life-threatening illnesses and their families.

The goals of the foundation include:

• Providing financial support for children and families that have extended stays at Albany Medical Center
• Providing funding for staff and services to support palliative care efforts at Albany Medical Center
• Updating and purchasing equipment for the children’s floor and children’s oncology unit at Albany Medical Center
• Provide linens, room décor, clothing, entertainment, food, and other needs for palliative care patients and their families
• Developing a children’s hospice room at Albany Medical Center
• Donations to AT/RT research
